Cadets & Faculty Are Invited…..

The Carolina Military Academy Alumni Association is proud to announce the 2010 Maxton Regional Reunion. The reunion will be held October 16, 2010 at The Maxton Freight Depot at 104 Railroad St. in Maxton NC.

The Maxton Regional Reunion is the 4th in a series of reunions designed to bring the reunion to the cadets. I have been in contact with Cal Humbert, Carl & Cheryl Clark, and Frank & Joann Lea, all in the Maxton NC area who are excited about the opportunity to meet with their old friends and classmates.

We will have a sit down Luncheon with Barbecue, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw with all the fixings, Drinks will include canned Sodas and Sweet Tea . The meal will be prepared by our old CMA Friend and Cadet Steve Godwin of Fayvettville NC. The cost of the meal will be $7.00 per person. We will have a computer slide show presentation including a “Memorial Tribute” to our fallen comrades and faculty, as well as past reunion photos, and a cadets “Then and Now” photos slideshow, as well as a presentation of our new Carolina Military Academy website and all it's features. We will also have an old fashioned "Bull Session" so that you can share lies as well as truths and school stories with your old friends and classmates.

The Agenda for the reunion will be as follows:

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Sign In, Photos,Welcome, Speeches, Introductions

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Blessing of the Meal, Lunch is Served

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM Memorial Service, Video Show, Informal "Bull Session", Group Photo's, & Goodbyes

This is a casual schedule and except for lunch service it could change. There will be a computer slide show running during most of the program except during the Welcome and Speeches

Please be sure to bring your CMA annuals & photos to the reunion,

The cost of the meal will be $7.00 per person.
